7000 Starting Watts, 6000 Running Watts on Gasoline
Electric Start: No
Weight: 181.6lbs
Noise: 74dB
This doesn't appear to be a hugely popular generator among other models in the open-frame market. In terms of cost, however, it seems to represent good value for money when compared, for example, to the less powerful Champion 100519.
With a starting power of 7000 watts and able to run continuously at 6000 watts it falls in what can be considered as a medium power generator. As an open-frame model it will be noisier than one of the closed frames, though there are few of those types capable of delivering these amounts of power.
Were you to be looking for this kind of power it may be worth your while considering this model.
With its power outputs of 7000 watts of starting and 6000 watts running it’s quite well equipped for construction site work as well as for providing home power in the case of a power outage.
The Senci engine is equipped with a high output alternator to provide increased starting wattage, ideal for when you need to work with motor-driven tools and appliances.
This model does not have an electric starter if that is what you are looking for.
The SUA7000C is able to power a variety of your electrical equipment simultaneously, including televisions. a refrigerator, a pump, an air conditioner, and fan. It is capable of running 2 to 3 power tools. It has a large 7-gallon fuel tank fitted with a fuel gauge and can run for up to 12 hours at 50% load.
The control panel of the SUA7000C is neat and tidy offering all the essential outlets, information, and controls. It has an hour meter to monitor run time, breakers, multiple outlets including 4 x GFCI 120V 20A NEMA5-20R, 1 x 120/240V 30A NEMA L14-30R, and 1 x 12V port. All have the benefit of protective coverings.
The generator is not CARB Compliant so cannot be used in California.
A-iPower provide a 2-year residential warranty and 1-year for commercial use.
The SUA7000C has a 389cc OHV 4-Stroke engine with a starting output of 7000 watts and a running output of 6000 watts using gasoline.
It seems that a lot of buyers prefer the more powerful SUA12000E to this model as there are few identifiable reviews. It looks to be a simple unit able to deliver a good amount of power. But its lack of an electric start may be a deal breaker for many people.
There are no comments that would indicate this might not be a reasonable buy for the money.
